About Me
Background: I'm a St. Louis native but spent five years growing up in Heidelberg, Germany, an experience that contributed significantly to my strong appreciation for travel & irrepressible curiosity about the world, two things I believe help define my personality. I graduated in May 2018 from the University of Kansas with Bachelor's degrees in Journalism - Strategic Communications and Global & International Studies, as well as a minor in Spanish. Currently: trying to figure out How To Do Life in Denver.

Professional: I am a talented writer, natural leader, and excellent communicator with experience in strategic planning, content creation, international relations, and customer service. Challenge, innovation, and creativity define my work mindset. I enjoy exploring bold, unconventional ideas and value effective, inclusive communication. I strongly believe that intelligence stems directly from open- mindedness, and my independent & adventurous spirit allows me to constantly think outside the box. My ideal role will allow me to combine my ability to take command, foster positive communication among a large group, and cultivate new ideas within an ever-changing company and world.

Personal: In no particular order, I like strong coffee, breakfast buffets, dusk, the smell of grass, live music, ridiculous dancing, fuzzy blankets, a clean kitchen, friendly debates, & fall. You can usually find me telling an absurd story or being at least five minutes late to absolutely everything (except for work, of course). I'm a big fan of spontaneous adventures, the kind of books you can't put down until you're finished reading, driving with the windows down even during winter, & sitting on the ground during parties - the best conversations happen when people are criss-cross applesauce. It is also important to note that in 7th grade I was voted "most likely to become a rock star." This prediction has yet to reveal its truth, so for now
I'll just stick to writing.
